How to unbrick your wii

Hello I need help on unbricking my wii. I tried to install a custom menu for it but it bricked my wii. I think it a fully bricked wii. I do not have preloader or bootmii installed on it. I can get the firmware to load up however i dont know what to do from there. If u have any files i can put on my sd card or any downloads that can help me plz send me the link! Thank You
