News About Next Legend of Zelda for Wii – Part 26

Yeah... Its an overview. Not many things are showing up these days, yknow. The Legend of Zelda (??????, Zeruda no Densetsu?) is a high fantasy action-adventure video game series created by game designer Shigeru Miyamoto and developed and published by Nintendo. The gameplay consists of a mixture of action, adventure, puzzle solving, role-playing and occasional platforming, stealth and racing elements. The series centers around Link, the main playable character and protagonist. Link is often given the task of rescuing Princess Zelda and the most common setting of the series, Hyrule, from Ganon who is the primary antagonist of the series. However other settings and antagonists have appeared throughout the games, with Vaati having recently become the series' secondary antagonist. The story commonly involves a relic known as the Triforce, a set of three golden triangles of omnipotence. The protagonist in each game is not always the same iteration of Link, although the same character sometimes appears across multiple games. The Legend of Zelda series has sold over 52 million copies since the release of the first game, The Legend of Zelda[1], and continues to be successful worldwide. The series consists of fourteen official games on all of Nintendo's major consoles, as well as several spin-offs. An animated series based on the games aired in 1989, and a manga adaptation officially endorsed and commissioned by Nintendo has been produced in Japan since 1997.

  4. Hmmm. Can’t say I’m crazy about a first person Zelda game. Usually, I’m constantly moving the camera around in Zelda games to get a good look at stuff. But a first person view would be kind of limiting…

  5. Yet link did not use the master sword or the hylian shield in phantom hourglass…
idk about spirit tracks because I havent played it yet xD

  6. zelda in 1st person! :{

  7. I believe the phantom “him” is a phantom “her.” :3
And when you said “Let’s take a look:” Link’s face came up creaming and weird. I’m just like …. Ok? xD

  8. @camcamey The only thing said right now is about the picture of Link NOT holding the Master Sword…E3 2010 will have trailers for Zelda 2010/2011

  9. do u know what the next one will be about or any pics send to me

  15. I must say though, that I – as an owner of both Phantom Hourglass and Spirit Tracks – think that Spirit Tracks has improved upon Phantom Hourglass’ faults. Some of the core gameplay elements are the same, but then again, some aren’t – and those have come from nowhere.

I just think Spirit Tracks is a fun, and much more challenging quest that is ultimately more rewarding. I’ve died/gotten frustrated a lot more in Spirit Tracks than in its DS predecessor. PS: The story is more immersive too.

  16. spitit tracks is pretty lameand wats that song that u play bat the begging of ever video where there is horse clopping?

  17. Do you believe in this valley of the flood theory going around if so why

  18. Dose anyone knows what is a frist person is!!!!!!!!

  19. they are killing link making it grow, as they did to snake from metal gear, I hope be wrong xD

  20. i wonder if zelda wii is going to be the last zelda game

  21. Has anyone noticed that the phantom looks like the Skeleton from Twilight Princess who nearly the end call Link S O N? and now, he looks like a warrior. The Master Sword, as explained in A link to the past, could only be wield by a descendant from the Castle Guards. Maybe it’s something that will join the two “ages” of zelda, the version of young link and old link.

  22. ….
no… in the cutscene in Phantom Hourglass Oshus said that Bellum created physical manifestations of himself and his evil because he sucked the life force from Oshus (The ocean king) it says so in my video about it

  23. doesnt japan own nintendo?

  24. for anyone who doesnt know the “phantom” isnt just any phantom is is zelda!?!?! zelda’s spirit has been put in the phantom armour for some reason?!?!

  25. I understand it’s a remix of several songs, but is there a specific name for that medley?
