Disney Epic Mickey is an action-adventure platforming game for the Nintendo Wii console that sends Mickey Mouse on an epic journey of creativity and discovery. As Mickey, the player is propelled into Wasteland, an alternate world made up of Disney's forgotten creative efforts, and is given the power to wield paint and paint thinner to dynamically change the world while determining Mickey's path to becoming an epic hero.   10. @Kat9017 Actually, this game was developed by Junction Point Studios whose head, Warren Spector, cares deeply for the Walt-era just as much as you do and Disney has allowed him to go through their classic archives to do research for this game. But yeah, competition with Nickelodeon and Dreamworks has forced them to reduce the quality (or at least the standards) of their productions…

  18. I like that Oswald is incorperated into this, but I GREATLY dislike that Mickey is in so much paril. I have grown up with a very special place in my heart for Mickey and everything that is CLASSIC Disney (everything minus the recent crap). I love that they are using Mickey in this, but the problem is that there are high expectations from everything from the Walt-era Disney. Based on the recent Disney productions, the current imagineers are not capeable of producing Mickey-worthy products.
