   @ExtremeBogom – Yep, agreed. I’ve read that DDI was also tasked to develop a karaoke game based on the child singer Connie Talbot, but (fortunately) due to licensing issues with the songs it ended up as vaporware. If it was ever released it would’ve been disastrous to the singer.

   Atari made this mistake, and their system was flooded with garbage, and because of that all the good developers wanted nothing to do with them. Then?…Videogame crash of 83. Until Nintendo!

   But, now it seems Nintendo are making the same mistakes.
   What happened to Nintendo’s “seal of quality”? I remember that gold star was on every proper N64 game back then. They used that to good effect.

   Maybe they just don’t care anymore. Money talks…

   Perhaps it’s about time Nintendo should stand up and ban DDI from developing games for their platforms. They shouldn’t just hand out licensing and SDK rights to developers like what Epic does to their Unreal Engine – they should’ve screened developers and publishers and picked out those who deserve to develop for the Wii, rather than have a cheap-ass dev make a shoddy title for it. Like what one reviewer once said, such games can and will harm the Wii’s reputation.

    This is probably the chinciest game I have ever seen. I’m guessing it took the programmers a month and they took all of the music and tracks from previous games.
