Video Game Reviews – 007 Legends Review (X360, PS3, PC, Wii U)

The Game: www.amazon.com Celebrating the 50th anniversary of Bond, Activision decided to release a game that features missions from some of the most famous Bond movies. As far as the gameplay itself, this is a standard run of the mill first person shooter. Reenacting famous Bond missions (with A LOT of creative license btw) holds a certain nostalgic charm however. Because of this fact, because James Bond fans can act out their favorite movie scenes instead of just watch them, this is a fairly good game for fans of the series. For people who don't really care about Bond though, those who just want a first person shooter that stands out of the crowd, I would recommend looking elsewhere. Notes of interest: You play as Daniel Craig Bond all throughout the game. Also, the game features a very small number of puzzles and driving portions but these take up virtually no time. Well, I don't just review games from the eyes of a technical, professional reviewer. I also review games from the perspective of an actual gamer.

Video Game Reviews – Medal of Honor Warfighter Review (PS3, X360, PC, Wii U)

The Game: www.amazon.com This is a great looking first person war game. What it lacks in smart AI it more than makes up for in realistic war combat and really scenic levels that not only show the violence of war but also show the often times overshadowed scenery. What the game lacks in flash it makes up for in realism. Not only solid, realistic graphics, but also meticulous gameplay whose only short comings stem from the often careless AI. This is ultimately a good game with a few problems that often pop up in games of this type.
